Individual Coaching

JKH  – Mum of two – ages 3 and 6:

Justi Holt

I have gained the whole new perspective on my life and the way I react. I have learnt a lot about myself and how to improve my day to day life with understanding and strategies in place.

The coaching experience with Hoogi was mind blowing – literally! Dina is very professional yet very warm and she made me feel secure and supported.

I am having more fun in my life – especially with my kids 🙂 I also do take time for myself and do not feel guilty!

My coach Dina is one of the warmest people I have met, she is a very skilled coach, that leaves you feeling supported and being looked after. I didn’t know what to expect when I started the program, still I feel like I have achieved much more then I was hoping for as I go away with skills for life.”

Louise Walker – Future Mum  (video and written praise):

Louise Walker

I learnt SO much from my coaching with Hoogi. I learnt how to put myself first and how much not doing that was negatively impacting my life. I became aware of my over- responsibility and how dis-empowering it actually was for both myself and others. I learnt to find the courage to say No and recognise what’s best for me.

The biggest gain was finding my truth in that my relationship wasn’t right for me and letting go of it. This was very painful and I felt very supported through the process.

I’ve learnt to be more go-with-the-flow and the benefit of bringing acceptance to a situation and letting go of negative thinking.

I also now recognise and trust my intuition and am exploring it and learning how best to use it.

My coaching experience was a truly transformational experience that was both loving and nurturing as well as challenging and confronting. The program was like a really good novel – Full of surprises and twists and turns with a beautiful ending that left you feeling warm inspired and satisfied inside.

I have been following my heart and my intuition and have let go of an old relationship and attracted a new partner into my life who I have fun with in many ways! 🙂

I have learnt to accept and let go of things and be more aware of my meta programs which has enabled me to have more flexibility in my thinking which has ultimately given me more freedom and fun in my life!

Dina is an absolute blessing to be coached by. She is so supportive, non-judgemental and caring as a coach. However this is tempered with her firm guidance and her quiet but unrelenting insistence on you to realise your potential in life and become the absolute best version of yourself. She really gets results and won’t let you take the easy road, her total commitment to your success as a client is evident.

Thank you for your dedication to me as my coach and for giving me the tools and self awareness to change my life. The check in emails were very very helpful and well written and gave me challenges and food for thought in between the actual coaching sessions.

My experience exceeded my expectations. Even 6 months on from my coaching program I can still feel the benefits and I believe the coaching work I did with Dina will impact me for the rest of my life.

Whatever you do, give yourself the gift of a coaching program with Hoogi. It will positively impact the rest of your life and give you a profound level of understanding about yourself. Those changes that you want in life but think you can’t have? They CAN be yours.

Kylie Hunt, Mum of two:

Sally Wiseman, Mum of two, aged 18 months and 3 years:

From my coaching with hoogi I gained a whole new way of looking at life with positivity, ambition and being proud of being who I am. I am a better person and mum to my children as I have confidence and understanding on what my values and beliefs are and I’m not afraid of being challenged on those or have a fear of failing anymore.

As a result of my coaching I am having more fun with being spontaneous and having fun with my children and experiencing more fun in relationships such as with my husband and with friends. I’m really enjoying giving new things a go as I’m not afraid of failure and enjoy the process of being really bad at something as it means I’m learning something new and exciting!

The program and the way it was conducted was highly professional and yet maintained such a supportive caring nature. I would highly recommend Hoogi and Dina to anyone.”

Update from Sally 2 years on:

“..I’m so enjoying the kids and life at the moment. I am pausing and relishing in my kids and family everyday. I occasionally wonder what I’d be like without doing your program.”

From the husband of a mum of four, who completed a program with hoogi:

“Hi Dina,  I just wanted to give you a huge thank you for what you have done during your coaching sessions for my wonderful wife Laura. She has come so far and she has tackled so many of the toughest aspects of life, that we all just avoid. She has kicked a lot of personal goals, and I am just so proud of her.

The life lessons that you have instilled in her has and will continue to keep her focused. She has passed on some aspects for me to focus on and also so I can remind her when required!!

She is the most wonderful person that I have ever met in my whole life. And I have the utmost respect for my beautiful lady, she is my best friend and my rock. And you have made that person just that little bit more beautiful too. Thank you so much Dina. .

Kind regards, Carl Porter.

Anon. – mum of two aged: 23 and 16:

“The length of the program seemed a little daunting at first, but I found that it was good to commit to a program of 8 sessions to be able to effect real and permanent change. I was able to identify areas in my life that I wanted to change and achieved those changes 100%. Seeing these changes themselves was a lesson, as I realised how I needed to adjust how I saw things as well.

I gained more confidence in my appearance and my abilities. I gained a deeper understanding of others peoples points of view and an awareness of how externally focused I had become. This awareness along with the other skills I developed has enabled me to deal with situations that used to cause me great angst much more positively.  With her guidance I developed an awareness of my “work, work, work” mindset and added fun back into my life.

During the program I gave myself permission to have fun. I identified activities I enjoyed and created ways to fit them back into my busy life so I felt less “deprived” and resentful of others.  I am catching up more with friends, having weekly massages and have gone back to yoga classes.

I thoroughly enjoyed all my sessions with Dina. I got so much more out of the program than I had anticipated. I really only expected to look into my work/life balance. In fact by looking at other aspects of my life, this one seemed to be taken care of by “other powers”. So the skills I have learnt I am now able to use to develop this aspect of my life too.

My coach was very committed to her work and thoroughly enjoyed what she did. Her enthusiasm was contagious.  She was supportive and clear in her ideas and communication. She was particularly good at analysing my feedback and tailoring our face-to-face sessions to address certain issues as they arose.

My coaching experience with Hoogi was far more positive than another I had years before with a life coach. I was a little skeptical at first, that the coaching would be too superficial to address any real issues. This was not the case at all. My coach was able to guide me to finding the answers I needed to support myself better and become happier.”

LA – CEO, Future Mum:

“I had an 8 Session Program with Dina. Dina was a great coach. Very motivating, kind and supportive. Dina was really encouraging of all the steps – big or small. I want to say thank you for the help you’ve given me, and the tools you’ve shared, which have helped me enormously. I still use them even after a month from finishing the coaching.

From the beginning I had this idea that it sounded all a little too good to be true. It didn’t feel like I would be able to achieve the KPIs that I set out, even though I really wanted to. The program exceeded my expectations because I did achieve 100% of my KPIs.

I have spent many years and many dollars on self-improvement and personal development. What was missing in the past for me was a structured approach to changing some of the belief systems I had and identifying clarity over why I think and feel the way I do. My coaching with Hoogi gave me the right tools and processes to think clearer, and I now have a much more balanced view of my life. I now feel empowered, clear-minded and calm and I feel as though I have a greater sense of purpose in my life.”

Two years on Lauren says, ” I am flourishing…my life is incomparable to when I first met you two years ago, and I am very grateful that you helped me take some of those first few big steps to embracing my power.”

AW, Chartered Accountant, Future Mum:

“I did an 8 session program with Dina. Her expertise, support and guidance helped me overcome obstacles I’d been struggling with for a very long time. Dina’s approach assisted me in achieving 100% of my KPI’s over the course of the program. I gained resolution of long standing issues and the skills and processes to deal with issues as they arise. Issues that once seemed unsurmountable were dealt with and overcome quickly and effectively. I was amazed by how much ground we covered.

The program was very challenging but the results were so dramatic that I was continually motivated to continue.  Not only did I achieve all my goals throughout the course of the program but am now armed with a bunch of useful skills and tools that I put into practice every time new challenges arise. I have never had a greater sense of self and understanding of what makes me happy. I’m so grateful for Dina helping me to reach this point and would recommend her to anyone!

CK – Stay-at-home mum of two, Aged: 1 and 3:

CK Testimonial

“My coaching program with hoogi gave me an opportunity to reflect on my life and to realise how to make the most of the relationships I have. I found the program challenging and enlightening. I was forced to confront some issues and to change the way I think about certain aspects of my life.

I found Dina encouraging and challenging. Dina was a great guide and allowed me the space to explore but also provided input and suggestions when she heard what I was struggling with. I didn’t expect so much homework but I did have some amazing breakthroughs which I hadn’t expected.”

Emma  – Communications Coordinator, future mum:

“My coaching has been inspirational. I found the sessions to be both challenging and nurturing. Coaching has helped me gain an awareness of my thinking patterns and this awareness gives me more control of my thinking and communication.

I gained a new sense of self-awareness and confidence in myself to achieve my goals in life.

Dina is fantastic! She has a deep understanding of coaching and thinking patterns as well as an obvious passion. Her enthusiasm is contagious and I thank her for that. She worked very hard to ensure she is providing the support that I felt I needed. Her regular engagement, in person, over the phone and by email, increased the intensity of the programme and, I’ve no doubt, improved the results. Thank you so much Dina.”

KD – Small Business Owner, mum of four aged: 10, 7, 7 and 5

“I enjoyed sitting down with Dina having the time to chat about me and how to improve myself.  Dina is a lovely, easy to speak to person. It is great having someone independent to take the time out to look at what you are doing and how to improve to make a much happier household. Happy Mum = Happy Family.”

TF, mum of two Age 6 and 4:

“By encouraging me to find a connection between different issues in my life, I was able to find a breakthrough and embark on a journey of discovery and healing. My coaching experience with Hoogi was gentle, straight to the point and respectful. I’d recommend Dina to anyone! The experience exceeded my expectations.”

JS  – Project Manager, mum of two age 1 and 6:

“I can honestly say that the coaching session I had with Dina amazed me. Before the session I wasn’t aware that this style of coaching could be so impactful.

Instantly I was made to feel at ease, and my mind seemed somehow calmed and quietened. Dina helped me to achieve clarity, to hone in on what it was I wanted to straighten out in my head.

Dina truly, and actively, listened. Through her thought provoking and methodical questioning I found myself really getting somewhere. And I say myself, because Dina was guiding me, very effectively, through my own feelings and needs. She wasn’t steering me in any one pre-conceived direction, rather allowing the session to go wherever I needed it to, which ultimately led to me discovering some very insightful truths about myself. With Dina’s help, I identified some specific actions I could take, to work on some of the things we had identified.

It was just one session (plus the follow-up) but it has had a real effect on me, and given me food for thought about a few things I know now that I can work on. Without hesitation, I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a coach gives Dina a call.”

Group Coaching

Anna Town – Mum of 2, Ages 4 and 6 says:

“The Hoogi Mini Mind Spa series gave me the chance to take myself out of the day-to-day and really think about my relationship with my kids and my husband which is something that I had not done before. It allowed me to have a new perspective on things and really consider my reactions and behaviours towards my family.

Being in a group was really helpful to be able to share experiences. We found that there were a lot of common experiences and challenges and were able to talk through the solutions together. I directly took some techniques that another mum had shared in terms of dealing with her daughter with my own child, which I found really helpful.

Dina was really insightful, brought up topics and ideas that made me stop and think. She challenged us to really consider what barriers we had in front of us that stopped us from being the mum we wanted to be and then helped come up with ways to work through them. She blended well everyday experiences with psychology theory that gave a good balance and helped me approach my thinking differently in some aspects of my life.

The mini mind spa series exceeded my expectations. I didn’t have one major issue or blockage that I wanted to overcome in my life but it definitely helped me to think more broadly about my relationships with my family and how I can enjoy life even more!

Take the time to do something for you. This is the first time I have done anything like this and it has been a great experience to understand that most mums are experiencing similar challenges and there are easy techniques for you to improve communication and relationships within your family.”

Sunny Saady, mum of two ages 3 and 4 says:

“I learnSunnyed to slow down and not take too much on. My group coaching experience with hoogi was inspiring and moving. And the coach, Dina was dynamic and inspirational – keep doing what you’re doing, because its great! I felt fully supported even when I couldn’t make it. The mini mind spa series was above and beyond my expectations.

Despite not being able to complete it in its entirety, it has highlighted that I can have and create the kind of life for myself and family life by adjusting my mindset. I will be continuing with some coaching with Dina to fulfill my desire to be the best mum and wife I can be.”

Angelique Summerhayes, Mum of 3, Ages 8, 13 & 15 says:

“Dina made me realise that we all hear and see things differently. That all our belief, experience and feelings are real to each of us and that that should be acknowledged. Following the series, I understand my children’s behaviour and emotions better.

The group facilitation experience with hoogi was great. It was so nice to see that you are not alone, and that your experiences are not just created by you. Other people share similar feelings/situations. I felt I could discuss my problems/thoughts with the group and felt comfortable with this, even though we had all just met in the group! Also to hear everyone else and hope to provide some useful advice and support for them. I felt it created a bond between us.

Dina was fantastic, insightful, gorgeous, positive, warm and extremely easy to listen to. She made me feel I could open up and share things with her and ask her for advice. It’s almost like she opened the doors for me to see things more clearly. – Keep doing what you are doing!!!! What and how she showed and taught us was great and done in such a professional and pleasant manner

I didn’t go in with any expectations but was extremely happy with my Mini Mind Spa experience and feel it gave me some new tools to work with.

I would certainly recommend it to others.”

 Sally,working  mum of 2, ages 2 1/2 & 5

“Mini Mind Spa” is a perfect description! Sessions were a time to process and break down the stresses of daily life of being a mum.  Dina was an amazing insightful coach that made it easy for all mother’s to open up and share their stories.  I felt empowered to continue to grow personally and give time to the wellbeing of my family!  Thank you yet again. ”

ED, Mum of 2, Ages 1 and 3 says:

“From the Mini Mind Spa series I gained a general awareness of my role as a mum and my interaction with my kids and husband on a daily basis

I gained great insight into the way my mind works and also why and how my relationships work… or don’t work in some cases!

Dina really understood the subject matter and was able to communicate with the group in the right tone to maximise the message.

Keep up the good work Dina, you are very good at what you do and more mums need to benefit from your knowledge and insight.

I went in not really knowing what to expect so I was very happy after the first session when I came away looking forward to the next.”
